About Well & Wise

A grounded path back to wholeness

Well & Wise exists for people who can sense the split between what they know, what they carry, and how they live each day. Becoming Whole is our guided cohort for returning attention to the whole person, with Rica Peralejo Bonifacio and Joe Bonifacio walking alongside the process.

This is not a promise of instant change. It is an invitation to slow down, notice what has become fragmented, and practice a more integrated way of living in community.

Who we serve

For the person holding too many separate pieces

Well & Wise is for people who want language, practices, and community for a more integrated life.

  • You are ready to name what feels fragmentedBecoming Whole gives you a framework for noticing the pieces of your life and bringing them back into conversation.

Becoming Whole

A whole person way to begin again

Becoming Whole is the Well & Wise cohort for people who want to pay attention to the whole of life, not just the parts that are easiest to manage. Through guided lessons, reflection, practices, conversations, and live mentorship, participants are invited to notice fragmentation and practice integration in ordinary days.

Rica and Joe serve as guides, not as distant experts with quick fixes. The posture is gentle and practical: make room for honest reflection, learn with a cohort, and take the next faithful step toward a life that feels more connected.

If that is the kind of space you have been looking for, the next step is to visit the cohort page or contact Well & Wise with your question.
