The Morning
Integration Check-In
A simple practice that touches all four dimensions of your being.
Take five minutes before the day begins to pause, notice, and reconnect with yourself.
Name what you're feeling without judgment.
What are you carrying into today?
“I'm feeling tired but hopeful.”
You don't have to change it, explain it, or fix it. Simply notice it and give it a name.
Identify one thought pattern to examine today.
What thought keeps coming up?
“Today, I want to notice when I start telling myself that I'm not doing enough.”
Notice the thought without immediately believing it. Ask yourself: Is this thought helping me see clearly?
Come back to your body.
Take four intentional breaths or spend a minute stretching.
Let yourself arrive in the present moment.
Name one thing you're grateful for or one value you want to honor today.
What do you want to carry with you into the day?
“Today, I'm grateful for another chance to begin.”
Let it shape how you move through today.
Take one quiet minute.
Let everything you noticed settle.
Your heart.
Your mind.
Your body.
Your soul.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to figure out. Just notice.
A whole life begins with noticing the whole of you.
Honor your heart.
Make space for what you're feeling instead of pushing it aside.
Engage your mind.
Notice your thoughts and make room for clarity.
Connect with your body.
Pay attention to what your body is telling you.
Ground your soul.
Reconnect with gratitude, meaning, and what matters to you.
It creates integration instead of compartmentalization.
When we make space for all four, we begin to see how they influence one another.
Your heart. Your mind. Your body. Your soul.
