We make reasonable efforts to deliver offerings as described, but live schedules, facilitators, platforms, access links, session formats, replay availability, or supporting materials may change when needed because of operational, technical, health, safety, participant, or business reasons.

If a material change affects a purchased offering, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the update using the contact information you provided.

Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and credits are governed by the refund or cancellation policy shown for the specific offering at checkout, on the product page, or in written communication from Well & Wise.

Because some offerings include limited seats, live facilitation, private community access, and immediate access to digital materials, refund eligibility may vary by offering and timing. If you are unsure whether an offering is right for you, contact us before purchasing.

You agree to participate respectfully and honestly. Do not harass, threaten, shame, exploit, spam, impersonate, record without permission, share confidential participant content, post unlawful or abusive material, upload malicious code, disrupt sessions, or use Well & Wise spaces in a way that harms other participants, facilitators, or the business.

We may remove content, limit participation, suspend access, or end access without refund when conduct violates these Terms, harms the group, creates safety concerns, or interferes with the purpose of the offering.

Well & Wise offerings are for education, reflection, personal growth, and community learning. They are not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional support.

Do not ignore or delay professional advice because of anything you read, watch, hear, or practice through Well & Wise. If you have a medical, mental health, safety, legal, financial, or urgent concern, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

We aim to provide thoughtful content, useful frameworks, and a supportive environment, but personal outcomes vary. We do not guarantee any specific result, transformation, income, health outcome, emotional outcome, relationship outcome, spiritual outcome, or business outcome from using the website or participating in an offering.

The Well & Wise name, brand, website design, copy, videos, lessons, recordings, worksheets, prompts, downloads, frameworks, graphics, images, and other materials are owned by Well & Wise or used with permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Well & Wise and its owners, facilitators, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or offerings, violation of these Terms, violation of another person's rights, or content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
